The Bay Area Friendship Circle is dedicated to providing programs for kids, teens and young adults with special needs by offering a variety of programs throughout the year. For each of our programs, we match teen volunteers with special needs participants and create experiences designed to include, involve and motivate. Participants develop relationships with their peers and with their volunteer buddy, in a fully inclusive and welcoming environment. A quiet sensory room and alternative activities are always available.
In addition, we create opportunities for our families to meet, make friends and gain support from one another. Our programs are inspired by Jewish values and traditions.
